Security review and auditing
IT security is reviewed and audited regularly by ATI's IT support vendor, Staff CTO.

Review:
IT policies are reviewed quarterly with ATI management. Updates and changes to policies affecting ATI team members are published here on this site. Changes are sent to affected team members with links to the changes on these pages.
Audit:
Staff CTO conducts ongoing audits of company hardware such as workstations, laptops, routers, firewalls, wifi accesspoints, to ensure that industry best practices are being followed:
- Updates to operating systems on laptops, workstations are current
- Additional computer utilities (such as PDF readers, Java, etc) are current
- Anti-virus programs are in use, with current AV signature updates running.
- AV scan results are reviewed on a regular basis
- IT vendors are adhering to best practices and addressing issues when/if they come up
- Users are complying with ATI policies for password use, data access, and computer useage.
