IT Incident response plan

For ATI users:

In the event that any ATI team member is aware of a security incident they are expected to report the event immediately to their team leader as well as the IT support at Staff CTO - Info@StaffCTO.com - or (714) 986-5599

Some indicators of a security incident may be:

  • Slow or locked up computer
  • Files missing or changed unexpectedly
  • New programs suddenly appear
  • Strange browser activity
  • Pop-up ads appear
  • Ransom Message 

 

If a security event is confirmed, your computer may be taken off line or no longer allowed to access company services until the issue has been resolved and it has be checked by ATI IT support and verified to be in proper working order and free from security issues.
