Incident Notification Policy - Customers

  • Whenever a security incident is detected, whether IT or other confidential information/asset breach (i.e. prototypes) ATI will follow its IT Incident response plan.
  • Where a bona fide security breach is verified affected customer(s) and/or partner(s) will be notified and remain informed during the investigation process.
  • ATI will strive to notify affected parties of such verified security breach within 24 hours of such determination.
  • At executive management discretion, appropriate authorities may be notified and/or enlisted to support the investigation.
  • ATI endeavors to cooperate with its customers and partners to protect confidential and proprietary information and will work appropriately to resolve any security incidents.
