Prototype handling procedures:

- List of approved access personnel must be maintained for every prototype with each customer/contract
- Everyone must use the check-in / check-out log when handling the prototype; even for a short time
- Report any security incident involving prototypes to the corporate security office immediately

- And contact Rick Salas
- Regularly remind fellow employees of the need to protect prototypes and information
- Use encryption to transfer documents containing confidential information (i.e. prototype data)
Some practices that are not allowed:
- Don’t take unauthorized pictures of prototypes
- Don’t access the Internet with prototypes unless authorized
- Don’t use prototypes for personal use
- Don’t share information with unauthorized individuals, including other employees, friends, or family members
